Obsidian Auto Detailing — Service Waiver & Release

Pre-Existing Damage: By submitting this booking request, you acknowledge that Obsidian Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, fading, interior stains, or mechanical issues present prior to the service. You agree to disclose any known damage or sensitivities before service begins.

Chemical & Product Use: Professional-grade cleaning products, degreasers, and protective coatings will be used on your vehicle. Obsidian Auto Detailing is not liable for adverse reactions on surfaces that are already damaged, worn, improperly coated, or otherwise compromised. You accept full responsibility for any pre-treated or aftermarket surfaces.

Vehicle Access: You authorize Obsidian Auto Detailing personnel to enter, operate, and move your vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services. You confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have full authority to authorize these services.

Photography: Obsidian Auto Detailing may photograph your vehicle before, during, and after service for quality assurance and promotional use on social media or marketing materials. No personally identifiable information will be shared. If you wish to opt out, please note it in the Special Requests field.

Cancellation & No-Shows: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of damage caused by Obsidian Auto Detailing, liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. Obsidian Auto Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
